Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett has been on the other side of this.

Before MatchScript he ran telehealth companies and sold pharmaceuticals — which means he has sat in the meeting where the introductory price gets set, and knows what it is for. A teaser rate is not an accident. Neither is a pharmacy partner going unnamed, or a state list that never quite gets published.

That is most of why this site exists, and all of why it scores the way it does. The work now is unglamorous: read what a GLP-1 program actually charges in its own checkout rather than its marketing page; record whether it publishes a price at all — 95 of 528 don’t; note which molecules and routes it sells, which states it ships to, and what it says about the pharmacy filling the prescription. Then score it against the same six factors as everyone else — Budget Fit, Speed to Start, Formulary Match, Support Level, Flexibility and Transparency — and publish the rubric so the number can be argued with.

He also maintains this site’s FDA warning-letter register, matching operators on the registrant string FDA files them under rather than on a brand name, because the two disagree more often than you would expect.

What he does and doesn’t weigh in on

Mark writes about what these programs charge, what they disclose, where they ship, and how they make money — the commercial mechanics he spent a career inside. He is not a clinician. Nothing here is medical advice, no dosing guidance is given in his voice, and every clinical claim on this site is sourced to primary literature or official labeling. See the medical disclaimer.
