Price index
What GLP-1 telehealth actually costs
We hold a month-to-month price for 433 of the 528 US GLP-1 telehealth programs we track — the largest set of comparable GLP-1 prices we know of. Everything below is computed from that data, and re-computed every time we publish.
Prices verified September 2026; 522 of 528 rows carry a dated check. Figures are cash prices for compounded medication unless a row says otherwise.
The headline numbers
| Molecule | Programs | 10th pct | Median | 90th pct | Highest |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide | 421 | $119 | $199 | $301 | $1,350 |
| Tirzepatide | 393 | $151 | $279 | $405 | $1,350 |
The spread is the story. A tenth of semaglutide programs are at or under $119 a month and a tenth are at or above $301 — a 3× range for the same molecule. Tirzepatide runs $80 a month higher at the median.

Why our median is not the number you see advertised
This is the part a price average usually hides. Of the 528 programs we track, 30 publish a headline figure that is not a month-to-month rate — a first-month promotion, a quarterly or annual plan divided into monthly-looking installments, a bundle, or a tier whose term is never stated. Those numbers are not comparable to each other, and averaging them together produces a figure nobody actually pays.
We record the rate a reader pays who does not prepay a year, and file the other rungs as notes. It is also why we are careful about superlatives: 81 of the 421 semaglutide prices we hold sit below the provider’s own stated floor, are priced per vial, or carry a term we cannot confirm, so we will not name them as the cheapest even though they are the smallest numbers in the table. The lowest month-to-month semaglutide price we can corroborate is Mondae at $87 per 28 days (13 charges a year).
How this was compiled
- Source. Each program’s own published pricing, read on its site. Where pricing is gated behind an intake we record that it is not published rather than estimating a figure — that is 95 of the 528 programs here.
- What we record. The month-to-month rate: what you pay without prepaying a term. Promotional, first-month, quarterly and annual rungs go in the notes on that provider’s review, never in the price field.
- Dating. Every row carries the month we last checked it; 522 of 528 are dated. Prices in this category move, so a figure without a date is not a figure.
- Coverage. 144 of the 528 programs report availability in all 50 states; many serve a named subset and some publish no state list at all.
Full scoring methodology is on our methodology page, and the per-program figures are on each provider review.
Using these figures
You are welcome to cite this index. Please attribute it to MatchScript, link this page, and carry the verification month with the number — every figure here is point-in-time, and a price quoted without its date stops being true without anyone noticing.
