Accepting these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and MatchScript for your use of this site. By visiting, taking the quiz or relying on anything you find here, you accept them. If any part of them does not sit right with you, the fair thing is to stop using the site. We revise the terms as MatchScript evolves, and using the site after a revision means the current version binds you, so it is worth checking the date above from time to time.
You need to be an adult
MatchScript is meant for adults researching GLP-1 telehealth. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you are younger than that, please do not use the site.
Information, not professional advice
What MatchScript offers is editorial research: a quiz, a Match Score, provider write-ups and general explanations of GLP-1 telehealth. It is information, not professional advice of any kind, and it is emphatically not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, nor a substitute for a licensed clinician who knows your situation. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products, and choices about any medication belong to you and your prescriber. Always consult a qualified professional before you start, stop or change treatment. Our medical disclaimer covers this in full and is part of these terms.
Editorial judgment and provider facts
Match Scores, quiz outcomes and rankings are our opinion, formed under our published methodology. Facts we cite about providers — pricing, states served, what they verify — come from each provider's own public disclosures at the time we reviewed them and change often. Treat them as a starting point and confirm the current details on the provider's own site before you decide anything. We make no promise that any information here is complete, current or free of error.
Affiliate relationships
Assume that any provider we list may compensate us, and that we may earn a commission if you sign up through one of our links, at no added cost to you. That relationship never moves a provider's Match Score and never changes what we write about it. The full picture is in our affiliate & advertising disclosure.
Third-party sites
MatchScript links out to provider websites and other resources we do not run or control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, products, privacy practices or the care they deliver, and any transaction or treatment you pursue with a provider is strictly between you and that provider. Following an outbound link means their terms, not ours, govern what happens next.
The site is provided as is
MatchScript is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is reliable enough to act on without checking it yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MatchScript and the people who contribute to it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on its content — including decisions you make about healthcare providers or medications. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; where a limit is not permitted, our liability is reduced to the smallest amount the law allows.
Intellectual property
The writing, rankings, the Match Score model and the design of MatchScript are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote briefly with attribution, but you may not republish or reproduce substantial portions of the site without our permission.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold MatchScript and its contributors harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs that arise out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
