Corrections policy

Last updated: October 2026

What we correct

Prices, plans, states served, medications offered, FDA actions and anything else we state as a fact about a provider or a drug. Provider facts come from the company's own website; drug facts come from the FDA-approved label. When either source changes, or we got it wrong, we change the page.

How we check a report

A reported error is checked against the primary source — the provider's own site or the drug label — not against another review site. If the report is right, the page is fixed in the next update, and any Match Score that depended on the wrong fact is recalculated from the same six published factors as everyone else.

How a corrected page is marked

The date under the headline moves to the month of the correction, and a review's price check shows the day the price was last read on the provider's own site, so you can see how current a figure is before you rely on it.

Report an error

Email hello@matchscript.com with the page and what is wrong. A link to the provider's own page or the drug label showing the right fact helps us act faster. Providers can use the same address; a correction is never something that is paid for, and it never moves a score beyond what the corrected fact supports. See our editorial policy and disclosure.
