Rehydra+ Review (2026): Price, Terms, What to Know

Rehydra+ Wellness sells GLP-1s, testosterone and a handful of wellness injections through an online store based in San Antonio, Texas. One fact on its site reframes every membership price it advertises: every GLP-1 membership is valid for six months and explicitly non-cancelable. The memberships page says so on every tier and adds that membership plans are contracts locked in for six months. It isn't buried, but it isn't in any of the headline figures either.

What the advertised membership prices really cost

Rehydra+ advertises its memberships as monthly rates. None of them can be bought for a month.¹

Semaglutide Tier 1 is advertised at $119 a month on a six-month non-cancelable term; the minimum purchase is $714. Tier 2 at $169 a month on the same six-month term is $1,014. Tier 3 at $229 a month for six months is $1,374. Tirzepatide Tier 1 at $169 a month for six months is $1,014, Tier 2 at $289 a month for six months is $1,734, and Tier 3 at $399 a month for six months is $2,394. Every one of those is a six-month commitment you cannot exit.

Without the commitment attached, an advertised $119 semaglutide tier would look like one of the cheaper prices in this market — but nobody can buy it for a month. There is no month-to-month membership on this site at all.

Why this matters more than it sounds: GLP-1 discontinuation rates in the first six months are high, and if you are among the people who stop — because of side effects, cost, or a dose that does not suit you — you've already bought the rest of the contract. What happens when you stop taking a GLP-1 is worth reading before you sign a term you cannot leave.

What you can buy without committing

The one thing here that is genuinely cancel-anytime is the one-time supply pack, because there is nothing recurring to cancel. Watch the labeling: "duration" on these products is supply length, not a billing cadence — a 12-week pack is one charge for twelve weeks of medication, not three monthly payments.

Semaglutide four-week packs run $149 at 0.25 mg, $179 at 0.5 mg, $199 at 1 mg, $269 at 1.7 mg and $289 at 2.5 mg; eight-week packs run $269 to $499 and twelve-week packs $399 to $749.² Tirzepatide four-week packs are $219 at 2.5 mg, $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg, $449 at 10 mg, $629 at 12.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg; eight-week packs run $379 to $939 and twelve-week packs $569 to $1,419, with no twelve-week option at 10 mg or 12.5 mg — every figure in this paragraph is a one-time pack price with no commitment attached, not a monthly membership price.

If you want anything from Rehydra+, this is the part of the shop to be in. The four-week pack is the smallest unit you can buy and the only option here that doesn't lock you in. Note that a four-week pack covers four weeks, so buying them back to back is 13 purchases a year.

The rest of the catalog

Beyond the GLP-1s the shop now lists NAD+ therapy from $279, a Lipo-Plus (Bioboost) lipotropic injection from $149, sermorelin, a generic tadalafil and testosterone therapy.² The oral peptide line it carried in August — BPC-157, KPV and tesamorelin in oral form — is no longer in the shop, which removes the biggest product-quality concern we raised then. Testosterone, a controlled substance in the United States, is still sold as an ordinary add-to-cart product line beside the rest. That isn't illegal on its face, but it tells you what kind of operation this is.

What the site tells you now, and what it still doesn't

The pharmacy now has a name: the semaglutide page says its medications are sourced from Olympia Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy. That's an improvement on August, when it was only ever "our pharmacy partner". Clinicians are named on the about page — John H. Hamilton, MD as medical director, and Jared Folwell among the team — but none publishes an NPI, so there's no prescriber you can look up in the national registry.

The site says it serves patients in 20 states and never lists them. The only state list anywhere on the domain is a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is a shipping form, not a served-states list.

A certification claim appears in the site's prose, and the certification badge links to a keyword search rather than to a certificate, with no seal number anywhere, so you can't confirm it. That leaves the certification unverified. Unverified is not the same as false — the claim may well be accurate — but it's the one claim on the site you can't check the usual way.

FDA's public warning-letter database listed no letter for Rehydra+ or its legal entity when we searched it in August 2026. The same search did find a known 2026 letter for an unrelated seller used as a control, so the empty result means something.³

When you pay, and what financing costs

It's a shopping cart, so you pay for the product at checkout, after a free 15-minute telehealth call; the site says approval may come within about an hour for qualified patients. There are no returns or refunds on prescription or compounded medication once shipped. Payment plans are offered through outside financing partners; read the payment-plan page for any fees before you use one.

Who this is actually for

A narrow group, honestly. You want a single fixed supply of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, you know exactly which dose you want, you have no intention of running a subscription, and you live in one of the states it serves. Buy the four-week pack, pay once, and you have taken on none of the contract risk that dominates the rest of this listing. On that basis the low-dose four-week packs are competitive.

Who should walk away

Anyone considering a membership.
