Rehydra+ Review: 6 Months, Non-Cancelable

Rehydra+ Wellness (rehydraplus.com) sells GLP-1s, peptides and testosterone out of a WooCommerce storefront in San Antonio, Texas. We pulled its entire catalog from the store's own product API in August 2026 rather than reading its marketing, and the first thing that came back reframes every price on the site: every GLP-1 membership is valid for six months and explicitly non-cancelable. That sentence appears on the memberships page and again on every individual product page. It is not buried, but it is also not in any of the headline figures.

What the advertised prices really cost

Rehydra+ advertises its memberships as monthly rates. None of them can be bought for a month.¹

Semaglutide Tier 1 is advertised at $119 a month; the minimum purchase is $714. Tier 2 at $169 is $1,014. Tier 3 at $229 is $1,374. Tirzepatide Tier 1 at $169 is $1,014, Tier 2 at $289 is $1,734, and Tier 3 at $419 is $2,514. Every one of those is a six-month commitment you cannot exit.

We are not going to quote any of those per-month figures on a ranking without the commitment attached, because a $119 semaglutide rung is otherwise one of the cheapest numbers in this market and it would sit at the top of a cost sort while being unbuyable at that price. There is no month-to-month membership rung on this site at all.

Why this matters more than it sounds: GLP-1 discontinuation rates in the first six months are high, and if you are among the people who stop — because of side effects, cost, or a dose that does not suit you — you have already bought the rest of the contract. What happens when you stop taking a GLP-1 is worth reading before you sign a term you cannot leave.

What you can buy without committing

The one thing here that is genuinely cancel-anytime is the one-time supply pack, because there is nothing recurring to cancel. Note the trap in the labeling: "duration" on these SKUs is supply length, not a billing cadence — a 12-week pack is one charge for twelve weeks of medication, not three monthly payments.

Semaglutide four-week packs run $149 at 0.25 mg, $179 at 0.5 mg, $199 at 1.0 mg, $269 at 1.7 mg and $289 at 2.5 mg; eight-week packs run $269 to $499 and twelve-week packs $399 to $749.¹ Tirzepatide four-week packs are $219 at 2.5 mg, $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg, $449 at 10 mg, $629 at 12.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg; eight-week packs run $379 to $939 and twelve-week packs $569 to $1,419, with no twelve-week option at 10 mg or 12.5 mg — every figure in this paragraph is a one-time pack price with no commitment attached, not a monthly membership rate.

If you want anything from Rehydra+, this is the part of the shop to be in. The four-week pack is the smallest unit you can buy and the only structure here that does not lock you in.

The rest of the catalog, and two things on it worth flagging

Peptides run BPC-157 $320–$499, a BPC-157/TB-500 stack $380–$559, KPV $320–$499, sermorelin $250–$449, tesamorelin $399–$899, GHK-Cu $220–$329, MOTS-c $399, a Glow blend $299 and a Klow blend $399. NAD+ therapy is $279–$619 and Lipo-Plus $149–$219. Testosterone therapy is $399 for ten weeks.¹

Two flags. First, BPC-157, KPV and tesamorelin are each sold in an oral form as well as an injectable one. Oral bioavailability for these compounds is not established, and buying a peptide in a route the evidence does not support is buying an expensive unknown. Second, testosterone — a controlled substance in the United States — is sold as an ordinary add-to-cart product line alongside the rest. Neither is illegal on its face. Both tell you what kind of operation this is.

What could not be verified

The pharmacy is never named; it is "our pharmacy partner" throughout. Three clinicians are named — John H. Hamilton, MD as medical director, Angie Tuzson, NP, and Jared Folwell, MD — but none publishes an NPI, so none can be checked against the national registry.²

The site says it serves patients in 20 states and never lists them. The only state list anywhere on the domain is a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is a shipping form, not a served-states list.

A pharmacy-certification badge appears in the site's prose. The badge itself is an image hosted in the site's own uploads folder and it links to a keyword search rather than to a certificate, and no seal identifier appears anywhere. We could not verify the certification. Unverified is not the same as false — the claim may well be accurate — but it is the one claim on the site where the usual check does not work, and the competing providers in this batch all pass it.

The FDA warning-letter index returned nothing for Rehydra+ or for its legal entity, on a pass that correctly returned a known 2026 letter for an unrelated control seller.³ The entity, recorded as the site spells it, is "RealHealth Ventures PLLS dba Rehydra+ Wellness".

When you pay, and what financing costs

It is a cart, so you pay for the product at checkout, before any provider reviews your intake — and the refund policy does not clearly address what happens if you are not approved. There are no returns or refunds on prescription or compounded medication once shipped. Financing is offered through Cherry, with a 2.99% processing fee on credit-card down payments that is disclosed on the payment-plan page and nowhere else.

Who this is actually for

A narrow group, honestly. You want a single fixed supply of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, you know exactly which dose you want, you have no intention of running a subscription, and you are content with a pharmacy that is not named. Buy the four-week pack, pay once, and you have taken on none of the contract risk that dominates the rest of this listing. On that basis the four-week tirzepatide rungs are competitive.

Who should walk away

Anyone considering a membership.
