It names the practice that writes it and the doctor behind it — Wasef Health, PC, and Michael Wasef, MD, NPI 1417261926 — and that number checks out in the federal NPPES registry as an active internal medicine physician licensed in Florida. It sells three routes on one plan, including tirzepatide as sublingual drops for people who do not want a weekly injection, and a clinician can move you between routes under the plan you already have without an extra fee. Its terms say controlled substances are never prescribed. It discloses that its compounded medications are not FDA-approved and carries the thyroid C-cell tumor boxed warning rather than burying it. That is more disclosure than most of this ranking manages. Then there is the pricing.
